Under 12th Amendment, electors in a state are not allowed to vote for BOTH
of their Pres/VP choices if both of those people are from the same state.
Up until he got nominated, Cheney was also a resident of TX.. all he did so
far was change his voter registration to Wyoming? So chance here TX might
not get to vote for him if Dems raise a ruckus.
