I can think of 3, perhaps in order of deliverability: (a) Testostrone patches (for women), or the pill perhaps (for men). (b) Surgical or genetic engineering of hermaphrodites.

       would be sexually challenged/defective, having only 1/2 of the
       full sexual/gender potential humans might possibly have.
       Doctor, please engineer my child so it has both sexes.]
