Whoops - that review I just posted wasn't from Coode Street Review after all, but from the latest EIDOLON, the excellent sf magazine from Perth, Australia. Since that issue probably isn't even in the States yet (to the small extent that it gets distributed overseas), I'll ask people please not to quote or forward my review beyond this list.
