More or less ditto. I joined Mensa when I moved into a relative wilderness after college. I was impressed with just how dull many of them were. Once I started working for computer companies, I had much brighter people to talk to at work than at Mensa.
Just considered as a social activity, Mensa meetings are OK, if you don't expect much. I am happily out of touch with it.
