The above article is critical of those who talk about "health freedom" and implies that anyone who believes in health freedom is either a quack or someone who's been deceived by quacks.
Sure, there may be a lot of quacks out there, but as long as they aren't doing anything to purposely deceive their customers, and their customers want to take their suggestions and/or buy their products, they should have the freedom to do so, and to live with the consequences.
