While it is a little laborious, I have been able to succesfully insert a number of year-specific comments by following the procedure I've outlined, i.e. pasting in the text for the specific year for the tag-link (e.g. "2005 - C") and then pasting the text for the whole line corresponding to that year (i.e. "2005 - P 2005 - A 2005 - C 2005 - U") into the "context" box. You can snag the text to do this by clicking back and forth between the original browser window and the new browser window for the comment that Crit opens automagically. Once you get the hang of it, you canget into a rythm and do 4 or 5 comments in fairly short order.
