At least I know how to answer that question. Here, in yet another sidetracked cul-de-sac, beg your pardon, thread you will see the mechanism for answering your question. Later, I postulate that after it becomes superfluous to expose the tech behind the answer then the terms you use are called into question and may cease to have significance. However, none of the reasoning behind this rubric(sp?), or should I say rebuke of your argument, is lost to posterity and can replay as independent components shift.
