I've finally gotten around to looking at my calendar regarding the 9/17 talk in Austin Steve Pruitt mentioned. Unfortunately, I can't make it. However, it looks like I may be in Austin the following week for a seminar, perhaps from Wednesday (9/23) PM through Friday (9/25) PM or Saturday (9/26) AM. I'll likely be staying at the Four Seasons, my usual base of ops in Austin. Maybe we can rendezvous there or somehwere down on 6th street when I'm there?
For Houston extropians, how about a gathering here some time in September? Happy hour? I see that our Dutch friends will be here September 10-13. I've got commitments on 9/13, but perhaps another of those days.
