The Russian army is making money as well, by part-time arms trading. There is an interesting market for submachine guns and bazookas hereabouts (a less interesting market involves leasing military personnel for construction workforce). Maybe they should release the grip on the nuclear stockpile as well, I'm sure most of the missiles and launch crew will find excellently paying customers. Will sure take care of the army budget hole.
