1) I pay $225/year for $250,000 worth of insurance. I don't consider
$225/year a lot of money.

2) After I'm "dead" (hopefully just out of commission), I can't spend
money. Alcor may as well spend it trying to get me back.

3) If and when I am revived, it is worth (to me) whatever I paid for that
second chance at life.

4) Even a small positive number is better than zero, which is the chance
I have if I'm not preserved.
