I disagree entirely. I for one believe that, however bad things may be, there
is no reason why they shouldn't get worse and worse. The Universe does not
favor us, however worthy we may be.

For me, Extropy is simply the belief that high technology is a good thing, an
inherent good, the high Art of Creation; one of the few bright shields between
humanity and the darker futures. Knowledge and technology endure and uplift
where other purposes fail or corrupt. Extropy is the beauty that shapes our
souls to power.
