It is easy to observe that it is necessary to create an International
Committee, which will manage the "curriculum vitae" of these and
other countries. Not for punishment, but for democratic control
and global information... We are already going to XXI century ( in
reality much more of real civilization. See for example the year
count of the chineses....) By the way, the recent prohibition of
experiences with human clones is ridiculously narrow-minded... ( the
day after, our parliamentaries, here in Brazil, ran to prepair local
prohibitions too... Get what I mean?...)
