Its probably the only form of hyperdemocracy in existence, where one
person or small group of persons can declare a law unjust. This is why
most judges will declare a mistrial if a lawyer mentions the mere
existence of the jury nullification law to jurors. They typically charge
the lawyer who mentions it with contempt.
