Damien, my friend, you disappoint me. The air war
over Kosovo was carried out from, what?, 15,000 ft?,
to avoid just such losses. And, in that regard, it
was one hundred percent successful. Care packages w/
accompanying propaganda hardly require pin point
accuracy.

This approach my fail for any number of reasons, but a
shoot-down of the grocery-delivery plane ain't one of
them.

Do better next time, you're ruining my image of you.
