I thought it was a very good speech. I thought it was a little long, and
towards the end I was thinking 'End it now! You've made it thru this far
w/o flubbing, why take the risk?'. So, I was impressed that Bush
actually made it thru a long speech. Perhaps when judging speeches we
have to consider the speaker, and given that the speaker in this case
was Dubya, it was (imho) a fine speech.
