This is actually good method. The only problem is the classic "key
distribution" problem. You must get the first good picture to your
recipient in some covert secure channel first. If you have a way to get
secure messages through already, you probably don't need to use the unsecure
channel. This would be a good method if you had one shot at a secure
channel, but thereafter wanted to use an unsecure channel.
