Those countries will keep cranking out the terrorists. Give up and do
nothing but cower in fear? Oddly enough, I suspect enough moral cowardice

the organizers of the attack is the best way of preventing future ones but
somehow I doubt that America should become embroiled in some hell infested
with AK-toting desperadoes. Demand full cooperation with any investigation
and possibly extradition of offending parties, crush and kill those who are
uncooperative, then leave. Let them sort out if anybody wants to try kicking
the US in the shin again.
And never do economic sanctions. It's just hurting the poor losers in the
streets, not the Dr Evils.
