Is there some idea that the mechanics of the market for labor will behave
the same today as it did a hundred years ago? There isnt many historical
examples of where a country became so productive that they ran into a labor
shortage that was long and deep enough to change society drastically. Today
is a different story I think and anyone that cant see it just doesnt want to
look.
