Huh? Why on earth do you think they do not? I'll bet a very large
percentage of cocaine and heroin used in this country passes
through one of those fine corporation at some point in their life
cycle. Less so for marijuana it's a bit bulky, were talking thousands
of tons, but a thermonuclear bomb would be much easier. Who
would suspect one small but heavy package shipped from Istanbul
to the corporate office of a Turkish language newspaper in Manhattan?

Retaliation would indeed come if they were dumb enough to use ICBM's
and not a suitcase. I said it before I'll say it again, ICBM's are not the
problem, thermonuclear bombs are. I predict that some time in the next few
years a major city someplace will simply cease to exist, there will be many
theories about who caused the blast but nobody will be able to prove anything.
