See, this approach (teaching some software to be human over a period of
years seems more worthwhile to me. I am certainly no expert in AI, but it
would seem that eventually it would pay off: you would have the software
that could actually do something, and yes, even though it took a long time,
and its capabilities may be limited, it could be copied and used widely.
Some of the other approaches seem high risk to me -- like this Seed AI
stuff...
