Brazil, it seems has had so much interbreeding over time that racism is
not really a very viable concept in that society, while Scandinavian
countries have had such tight immigration restrictions for so long that
few scandinavians have had the time to be exposed to foreigners enough
to significantly form really negative opinions. Then again, Naziism was
actually a rather significant party in some Scandinavian countries prior
to WWII.
