review of Pro-Act website

Just came from the Pro-Act site, which I was limited in being able to
view due to the use of non-standard code which can only be used with
Internet Explorer. I can provide a script to autodirect browsers to
proper compliant pages based on their browser, if Natasha would like it.

In the Pro-Act presentation, I'm wondering why you need to use
javascript on simple html links for a frames presentation. This seems
like nuking cockroaches to me. Additionally, the table code is somehow
flawed, as it comes out with rows that are short of cells, etc.

I would be happy to go over the code to optimize it for use in both
major browsers. Please let me know. It would also be nice to include
links to contact pages, membership sign ups, etc. I am available to work
on this project, being generally idle at this time.
