T.0. Morrow said things that I largely or entirely agree with about legal
positivism and natural law (though I find it odd that anyone might think I'm
a "statist" if that was the implication).
I'm still scratching my head about some of Daniel's comments, such as the
one about there being such a field as political philosophy. Huh? I thought
this was what I was saying in asking about people's underlying positions on
questions from political and legal philosophy. I suspect there's been a fair
bit of talking past each other.
