Mapping the problem domain is well within the capabilities of current
science and technology. In fact, collectively, informally, we have
repeatedly done so, here on this very mailing list, in the past. (The
archives (so they be working) know and see all).

Before (Lem's Summa Technologiae comes to mind) other people did it, even
more informally. And others, before.

At this day and age, we can start writing down a roadmap, as far as
uploading is concerned. I honestly wonder if anything we say here goes
straight to /dev/null.

It pretty much removes the incentive to discuss.
