My sincere apologies to the mensch who shall build the friendly golem (lest he
sic the thing on me!). Anyway, youth is nothing to feel touchy about (unless
you're so young you don't understand it's age everyone is trying to hide).
Yes, I agree, Eliezer's a good sport. Why, he even allowed me to join one of
his mailing lists. You're very welcome for the link. It comes from the
pluripotent stem cell containing the eternal golden braided DNA of Metaman,
which entity may awaken to find itself riddled with metastasizing AI cancers,
rather like teratocarcinomas. What a bummer... an SI that wishes it were dead!

Useless hypotheses, etc.:
consciousness, phlogiston, philosophy, vitalism, mind, free will, qualia,
analog computing, cultural relativism, GAC, CYC, and ELIZA

Everything that can happen has already happened, not just once,
but an infinite number of times, and will continue to do so forever.
(Everything that can happen = more than anyone can imagine.)

We won't move into a better future until we debunk religiosity, the most
regressive force now operating in society.
