Don't be fooled! It's a trick! It's not really telling you to leave. The
first sentence is really a question, even though the writer doesn't know how
to use a question mark.
Please consider these possible answers to why you shouldn't leave:
Whoever sent this did so privately because they knew they couldn't get away
with this crap if they posted it publicly.
Whoever can't figure out how to work their caps lock or their e-mail filter
isn't the best authority on how the e-mail list should work.
Whoever yells in all caps and uses three exclamation marks has no business
telling other people how to behave civilly.
Whoever appeals to the authority of anonymous unnamed other persons knows
that they don't have the justification to approach you on their own.
Whoever wants to stifle conversation and questions rather than politely
responding to them is really the person who is out of place on this list.
