Because its very easy for the vast majority of people in the US, who
have a signficantly eroded trust in bureaucrats to remain within their
constitutional restraints, actually believe that this could in fact
happen rather easily, considering all the other stupid laws our
congressmonsters are always considering passing based on the most weak
and flimsy of constitutional fig leafs.
