You might want to refer to transhuman rather than cyborg. When I had my first augmentation, I considered myself a transhuman, never a cyborg. I'm not sure if those who have smart robotic prosthetic limbs think of themselves as cyborgs. I think they simply consider themselves fortunate and also upgraded.
