I didn't have the raisonettes, but my #3 would be the few seconds where the
vehicle split apart. Very nice effect.

Apart from that, I can't think of any moments that I enjoyed much. (Okay,
Jude Law played his part well, but he seemed to belong in a different
movie.) Overall, I found AI dull, annoying, and disappointing.

Still waiting for the great AI movie...
