Mountain biking is a great sport - but can be also one of the most
dangerous ones. So, I consider downhill racing as an unnecessary risk.
My favorite trail is along a river near Stone Mountain/Georgia. The
trail has a few (for me) difficult parts, so I often carry my biske -
but those 2.5 hrs out there are always fun and a wonderful exercise. I'd
rather go mountain biking than to a fitness studio :-)
