I echo the "doofus" sentiments... the "Get Saved" and
"Choose Death" links at the bottom of the page both
lead to 404 Not Found errors. Guess they won't be
doing much saving ;-)
And yeah, they sure didn't put a lot of thought into
that point, huh Emlyn? :-) Also, this is the same sort
of logical fallacy which I read something about just
the other day (but - argh!!! - can't recall where),
where people make incorrect conclusions by connecting
unconnected things, like for instance "more people
have their cars stolen in summer" plus "more people
eat ice cream in summer" (plus a lack of sense) equals
"people's cars are stolen while eating they're ice
cream". And like the Bermuda Triangle superstitions--
people look for 'proof' of their superstitions about
it, and so they 'find' it, but in reality there's no
greater amount of disappearences / wrecks there than
any other random area of the ocean. These guys were
looking for 'proof' of their beliefs that rock music
is 'bad', and so they 'found' it. This type of error
in logic is all too common.
Aumentar!
Onward,
