Though it must be noted that the penalty does not apply when the subject at hand
is actually discussing historical events that did, in fact, involve the above
named individual. That being said, I personally dislike the whole concept of
'hitlering-out' on general principles, because its essentially a defense
mechanism that can be used by those who promote or favor fascist policies to
silence public opposition to their proposals. How do you think it would go over
if the law were instead that anytime an alleged pro-fascist started comparing
your anarchistic positions to, say, viking or barbarian hordes, etc...
