I'm not lol!ing *all* that loudly myself, because this is my income we're
discussing. But hey, what am I talking about, most of what's in THE SPIKE
came to me free from the web, thanks to the generosity of many posters.

However, I hear from New York that the proof pages of the revised edition
are in the plane on their way to me even as we speak. So hang in there,
John, in only 5 months you can go into a store and *buy* a copy, which will
be only half a year out of date by then instead of 3.5 years...
