There is a very fascinating company called "Tools for Wellness"(formerly "Tools for Exploration") who have a large and amazing array of products to develop and expand the mind and body. Some of these products seem very worth investigating while others are merely "snake oil." So, you must use your own best judgement as you peruse the website. Still, the catalog should catch on fire the interest and imagination of any extropian interested in the boundless possibilities of human potential. I have poured over their catalogs for years now.
