A good method of doing this is developing local groups and eventually
securing slots for public access television broadcasting. As Mike Lorrey
alluded to, my NWExtropians group is working on this right now, as well as
a few other areas. The first requirement is to acknowledge the group's
objective, and decide from there the kind of programming you feel apt.
This is a relatively easy way to propagate some positive transhuman memes.
