This would make for a fantastic Singularity Institute headquarters!! Eliezer could survive the onset of the singularity(he started) in style. After all, if the X-Men get a cool HQ shouldn't he? :) The layout of the place brings back memories of the layouts in the _Marvel Universe_ comic book set.
