Bonnie,
If he had both hands occupied, and he was holding you from behind,
then this fellow left himself wide open. His chest, solar plexus,
groin, and knees were vulnerable. You can use your hands, elbows and feet
to do at least enough to him to leave him gasping for air, while you
run away (fast).
Fortunately I've never been attacked, but my classmates and I practiced
this situation alot in my self-defense and martial arts classes. (And I
I've rehearsed many variants of this scenario in my mind too.)
And I do like your solution.. but .. Parkinsons? funny. If I did
what you did, I would have chosen something like AIDS to tell him.
