We have it. There is an electronic warfare aircraft available that can (at least attempt to) jam local broadcasts and substitute our own. We should have crammed the airwaves with broadcasts explaining what we are doing and why, and well as tips on how to avoid becoming "collateral damage". Leaflet bombing. I was wondering where the hell the psyops guys were from Day One.
