This is a big suprise. I may have to change my position.

I am a vegetarian and a nutrition researcher. I frequently tell people that it is not necessary to become a complete vegetarian like me. I have always assumed that there was a threshhold at which point the diet contained enough nutrients and fiber. According to the above study, it may be that there is no threshhold, and that the more plant materials you can eat, the more benefits you receive.
