This rape rate number is somewhere close to a half of male prison population. Considering that some of the people are doing the raping, and some are unattractive, that means practically everybody at least somewhat physically attractive gets raped, which is the highest rape level there can possibly be, and the judges know it when they send people to jail for small thefts or drug offenses. I wonder if the problem could be alleviated if they put people of both sexes in jail and allowed them to have consensual sex?]
