I might ad that I don't see how it's changed since then.
I would propose that the situation could be condensed to "if you're
bigger...you get to hit.."
hardly different than toddlers....the only thing preventing a toddler from
hitting is fear of being hit back....either by the hitee or someone bigger
....say mommy...still fundamentally no different from the way nations act in
the wild.
or to put it another way....
"insane individuals are rare....the opposite is true regarding governments"
