Just heard...playing Mozart is very good for improving mental abilities in
children. Also provide them with a musical keyboard early so they can
develop their musical abilities. If a child is not exposed to music early
the part of their brain which deals with music is not developed. From
personal experience, we can concur. We had no musical exposure and have
spent 20 years developing an appreciation for music. Our children and
grandchildren all were exposed to music early and play the piano well.
Our six-year-old granddaughter just gave her first recital. These kids
love to practice and do so without being reminded.
