Dunno how many X-fans there are on the list, but this past Sunday's
episode featured cryonics AND time travel. A guy who is a cryonics
developer comes back from the future with a chemical that induces an
exothermic reaction in the body to freeze it without crystalization. He
uses it to quick freeze his research partners in the present, as well as
his present self in the end (an interesting paradox). The downside is
that if the frozen people aren't revived properly, they warm up
endothermically to the point of brusting into flames spontaneously.
