"anti-proliferation treaty"? Hmmm... sounds like the prelude to enforced
"relinquishment."
See, he first has to prove that intelligent robots are possible/feasible, then
the urgency of an anti-proliferation treaty becomes less laughable. (Or his
brain has already been displaced by alien intelligence... Only his surgeon
knows for sure.)
