i think a newbie post on rec.drugs.smart may be helpful. also
check life extension foundation's brain aging prevention protocol
(www.lef.org). there's also the "good drug guide" from hedweb
(www.neuropharmacology.com). finally, you can just google on "nootropic"
or some specific drug -- say, "lucidril" or something.
