Not completely true, i was subscribed in 1996 and, even though my views are quite
different nowadays (modified mostly by the list, i suppose), was strongly
anti-private property. i remember being part of a long argument on the
typical socialism vs capitalism thread, on which i was not alone on the
capitalism-bashing. so if the list was ever socialist-free, it was before then.
