There has been some speculation that the hoof and mouth epidemic is
being assisted by those who would find it's spread to be in their
best interests.
We are just commenting on this phenomena, and on it's effectiveness
as a weapon of mass economic destruction.
Personnally I never charge to conspiracy what can be debited to
