I dunno -- with Doug's indictment of everything NASA's done in the manned
program in the last 30 years as a make-work program, maybe that's how they
WOULD do it. (Just for the record, all of this is bumming me out severely,
AND I'm working on my taxes this weekend. Someone say something optimistic,
quick!)
