Uh, no. Dialing 911 is a very life threatening thing to do. There was a study
put out called 'Dial 911 and Die', that showed that those going for the phone to
dial 911, rather than going for a weapon of some kind (kitchen knife, baseball
bat, gun, etc), is several times more likely to result in the death of the
victim.
Moreover, women who don't resist a rapist are more likely to die (despite the
'official policy' of feminist organizations for women to do so) than women who
resist an attacker. They are more likely to be injured, but less likely to die.
