I had understood the big problem back in the 1940s wasnt the shape
charges themselves, but rather how to get all of them to detonate
at the same time. Today the real problem is actually getting enough
plutonium. Perhaps we can buy up the commie plutonium and they
can use the money to jumpstart their economy. spike
